This adds the options to specify the output format in
adjacency_matrx(g, fmt=...).Also, since Metal does not support scatter nor sparse matrices, we add a specialization of
propagate(copy_xj)that goes performs the message passing for metal going through a dense adjacency matrix. This is a partial fix to #618 .
