Since
alphais nonzero in these methods, the only possible value foralpha::Boolisalpha == true. Hard-coding this reduces the branches in@stable_muladdmul, which improves TTFX slightly (mainly this reduces allocations in the first run, and the execution time isn't impacted as much).
