loadparams!#67Starting from #74, this PR fixes the remaining issues with moving from
loadparams!toloadmodels!in Flux 0.14 (and later).The readme was also updated to incorporate changes made in 9ac3abd. Added tests to incorporate the current README examples (though did not include the usage of CuArrays).
These changes only ensure compatibility with Flux 0.14. Starting with 0.15, Flux significantly changes how the recurrent layers function.
