The test being added here triggers JuliaPackaging/Yggdrasil#10524 (comment) in Julia v1.9-11 and JuliaPackaging/Yggdrasil#10524 (comment) on current
master(JuliaLang/julia@c93e28e). Adding the test here as a reference of an operation we want to make sure works correctly.
