drmplus-0.95

drmplus 0.95 is - as the name suggestes -a decoder for drm+.
The current version was submitted to some tests using the address sanitizer and some errors were removed
While most likely not error free, I can listen to the sound of some xHE-AAC encoded transmission (from a few recordings)

For Linux one creates the executable by installing the libraries and compiling the stuff, for Windows there is an installer
