This PR addresses issue #73 by adding comprehensive Telugu documentation for Blogosfera (Ghost CMS) self-hosted project.

Changes Made

• Created karthik-blogosfera-telugu.md in the selfhosted directory
• Added complete Telugu documentation covering:
  • Project overview and features
  • Technology stack (Ghost, Node.js, SQLite, Handlebars)
  • Installation and setup instructions
  • Ghost CLI commands
  • File structure
  • Theme customization
  • Content management and backup procedures
  • Troubleshooting tips

Requirements Completed
