- As a result, some changes to which MonoMod stuff is publicized for the override patches implementation. - A transpiler in the ExtendedDeployablePart patch wasn't working anymore because it was generating invalid (but never called on the transpiled method) IL, and MonoMod/Harmony is now more strict about it.

Update the version KSPCF uses from 2.2.1 to 2.4.1
This shouldn't be merged until that harmony version is effectively released to the KSP ecosystem and until we sort out out how to ensure the versions dependencies are correctly handled by CKAN
