Add descriptions and mentalities to added Agents: Clamp-O-Tron, FreeFall Parachutes, LightYear Tire Company, Stratus Corporation

All agencies are given descriptions and mentalities close to stock agencies. For mentalities, I wanted to give them ones mainly focused on earning Reputation, since almost every other agency is cash-focused (and nobody does contracts for science anyway).

The average number of mentalities across the 27 stock agencies was ~3, so I gave each new agent 2-4 mentalities.
I also made sure to run the descriptions through Grammarly to make sure there are no spelling or punctuation mistakes.

There is also one manufacturer change - the Inline Docking Port's manufacturer has changed from Clamp-O-Tron to C7 Aerospace Division. This is to match with the Mk2 Docking Port, and is also reflected by Clamp-O-Tron having a good standing with C7 Aerospace (product collaboration).

I also gave most of the agencies' standings with some other manufacturers (a feature only used a few times in the stock game)

• Clamp-O-Tron likes C7, as they have collaborated to make both of the inline docking ports.
• LightYear is competitive with Kerbal Motion, the only other wheel company, and strongly dislikes the C7 monopoly.
• Stratus has a good relationship with their parent company, Jeb's Junkyard, and is open to working together with them.

Here are a few more of the thoughts I came up with while brainstorming:

• Clamp-O-Tron references the now-unused "Found lying by the side of the road" manufacturer in their description
• FreeFall's chute policy is based on a real joke from the U.S. Navy about returning parachutes.
• Since most of the monopropellant tanks were changed from being made by Jeb's Junkyard to Stratus Corporation, I headcannoned that Stratus was a subsection of Jeb's that split off and started their own business.
• LightYear Tire Company references both Cars and Toy Story, due to that most likely being where the name came from.

No other languages other than English are added for now, but anyone who knows how to properly translate can add on to this PR if they want to. I didn't want to just run these descriptions through Google Translate and hope for the best...
