Skip reading of variables other than QOI from Snapshots and Frequency Analysis for POD

I have modified the dbMaker.py and ddmMain.py to skip reading the variables other than the QOI to reduce the computational time. The output snaps still have the variables but it has zero value. Hope it helps !

I have added the feature to do frequency analysis of the POD modes using the freqPOD function. It outputs a file with dominant frequencies and a FFT plot for a selected number of modes. I wrote this for personal use but I feel would help others in their POD study of fluid flows.

Hey,
I have added functionality of DMD and verified the results for cylinder flow. The DMD eigenvalues and modes are arranged based on modal energy.
