So, we have two issues here:

  1. QEMU does not work with .NET SDK and ARM32, so we will need a physical device here
  2. Kestrel should probably be skipped alltogether because this is not our main concern

All set, waiting for my ARM32 hardware to arrive to setup a custom self hosted runner ...
