Add option to control auto sync behavior #281 (@Katsute)
Adds the following option Auto Sync Mode:
- Full Sync - Always pull and push changes to repository
- Import Only - Only pull settings from repository
- Export Only - Only push settings to repository
If you are using Import Only make sure to manually sync to repo so this settings change is retained.
