With the [math]::Round function, the error regarding some Dell Warranties error is now resolved, since sometimes the variable $Milliseconds contains .001 at the end.

With the [math]::Round function, the error "INVALID_ATTRIBUTE_VALUE" regarding some Dell Warranties error is now resolved. That error comes out since sometimes the warranty expiration date (in milliseconds) contains .001 at the end and ninja doesn't support it.
