These do not require special gating (unlike the static dispatcher, which breaks downstream CI). Therefore, all tests requiring
VULKAN_HPP_DISPATCH_LOADER_DYNAMICare now enabled by default.To make sure they run in all configurations, the flag is manually enabled in those tests.
Not relevant for the module tests as those require CTest.
