Add symbol for Microchip MIC33050-4YHL regulator.

S4.2: Placing VIN pin on left side of symbol is consistent with datasheet and other symbols in Regulator_Switching.
S4.4: Multiple VOUT pins are present on device, so pins in symbol should be stacked.
