Fix #210

• Title in the Top left should be ' NABat Spectrogram Viewer' without a space between NA and Bat. Or we should get an official NABat logo from USGS to update for this area
• Frequencies on the Y axis with more than 3 digits spill over onto the dash immediately to the right of it even on large monitors
• When I adjust scaling in the app in compressed view so axes are 1:1 timestamps are often overlapping and unreadable. (Note that I believe this is being addressed in Improve Text Label Scaling #230, please confirm @BryonLewis)
• Help button serves up outdated information. This should be updated so it is accurate. UPDATE: this will not be addressed as part of this PR. See Update information seen in the "Help" dialog #232 and Add NABat-specific "Help" information #233 to track this going forward.
• Species info table should include scientific name (fixed by NABat MultiSpecies #222)
• Species info table has columns for family and genus but they are blank. These can be removed. (fixed by NABat MultiSpecies #222)
• Various label changes (see images in issue Smaller Grouped UI NABat Feedback Improvements #210)

Minor change for the text information to make it dependent on being in NABat vs BatAI. You can leave your Frquency scaling if you want but I think it will just be replaced by some of the textScaling functionality in the #230

I'll rebase my PR for the text scaling once this is merged in and handle the frequency text positioning.
