This PR is part of a pair, with the other half of the changes being in trame-common.
This change checks if the TrameApp has defined an
@life_cycle.on_errorin their code, and if so, will redirect the message to that decorator's function.A demo example of this working is here: Kitware/trame#835 and relies both the changes in this PR and the PR in trame-common to be installed.
