The Thermal Conductivity and Diffusivity Scanner (TCS) is an optical device that is used to determine thermal conductivity (TC) and diffusivity (TD) of cut samples (cores or raw samples). The python script TCS_scanline_visualiser is developed to visualise TC variation along a consecutive sample scanlines using the TCS and to calculate the mean and modus Thermal conductivity along the scanline.
