Add an FAQ about if Insomnia does auto updates. The answer is "On macOS and Windows, yes. The behavior on Linux varies depending on how they're opting to install Insomnia, e.g. Flatpak. We don't own or maintain all of the possible distribution mechanisms for Linux."
