chore(*): update API definitions

Not sure if we need this, but it looks like the API definitions hadn't been updated in a while, so I ran the script (./scripts/update-api-defs) and committed the results.

The total size of src/resty/gcp/api is now 55MB (up from 43MB). At some point we should really look through the generated files and see where we can cut the fat, but this is difficult without grokking GCP a bit more than I currently do.
