Author based sentiment prediction project

Instructions:

1. Our MLM notebook is contained in bert-mlm-notebook, it's adapted to work locally.
2. To check our regression task, run Load data + manipulate, then go to REGRESSION TASK part (last one) (adapted to work locally too)
3. All nececessary data is attached.
