I know this is unwarranted, but I built this library that extends a DSL for JPA Specification and it might be a nice addition.

We've just added a contribution guideline where we decided to limit this skill repository only to Kotlin itself and kotlinx. libraries. One of the conditions is that the skill should not bring into the user project any third-party library, with the exception of widely adopted and well-known libraries in the community.

And your skill brings a library that is not widely adopted and well-known, so we decided to reject it. In the future, we may establish something like kotlin-agent-skills-contrib repository where these requirements could be relaxed.
