Koto minerd for Windows (static version)

Koto minerd for Windows x64 and x86. This is the static version. All the dll files are not required.

The zip files have some binaries. You can find the best one according to your CPU architecture.
NOTE: Especially for AMD lovers, you can try to build your own best binary to improve hashrate.
