feat: support dual package formats (ESM/CJS)

• Add ESM build output to support modern environments
• Keep CommonJS build for Node.js compatibility
• Configure package.json with conditional exports
• Update build scripts to generate both formats
• Set proper module resolution in tsconfig.json

This change enables the package to be used in both ESM and CommonJS environments,
improving compatibility across different build tools and runtimes.
