Title page in live preview was always rendered with auto-generated phantom data (title from H1, date from new Date()) even when user never wrote any metadata. Export Options toggles had no effect on preview, only on DOCX/PDF export. Now preview shows title page only from explicit YAML frontmatter. When no frontmatter exists, a clickable placeholder guides users to add metadata. Document Options toggles affect both preview and export (WYSIWYG). Export keeps auto-fallbacks for professional output.
