Papirus-Extra-Folders

I made Papirus Extra Folders inspired by the Papirus-Maia.

The reason Papirus Extra Folders exists is to simplify the use of the Papirus icon theme color variations, and also to enable them to be used in Snap applications.

Usage

You can download the created folders with the icons here

If you prefer to generate the folders with papirus-folders, follow these instructions:

1. Clone this repository and change to cloned directory:

   git clone https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-folders.git && cd papirus-folders
   

2. Download the papirus-extra-folders files to the papirus-folders folder

   git clone https://github.com/Kyuyrii/Papirus-extra-folders.git && chmod +x Papirus-extra-folders/extra-folders-script.sh && mv Papirus-extra-folders/extra-folders* .
   

3. Run the script choosing the Papirus location (if you don't choose one, it will look for Papirus in /usr/share/icons):

   ./extra-folders-script.sh --path $HOME/.local/share/icons/
   

If you use Snap apps, install the Snap version of the Papirus icon theme and Papirus-Extra-Folders:

sudo snap install icon-theme-papirus && sudo snap install papirus-extra-folders
