Fix an issue where Mike's G-Drive ingestion failed because the Lambda layer google-apis-layer:1 did not exist. Use Terraform data sources that automatically resolve to the latest layer version, avoiding the need to hardcode version numbers and preventing future failures when layers are updated.
Current it is version 2, but hard coded as version 1
