Solidity:

• update the SmtLib.sol to the version that supports configurable hasher, with the keccak256 hasher as the default, at github.com/kaleido-io/contracts.git#keccak256

Github actions:

• cleanup disk before launching the builds, to avoid out of disk space errors
• the release builds should run the e2e tests
