Foil analysis

This PR will add the foil analysis for BABY-1L-run-1 based on what's been done in BABY-1L-run-6.

I've finished my changes. Note that only three check sources were used in the data analysis even though several more were measured because the results from those other measurements eight don't process well or seem to be measured under different settings. The results are basically the same as what we had hard-coded in the tritium-model previously.

These check sources were measured right up against the detectors instead of at a distance of 4 inches, leading to higher uncertainty and more double counting, but also higher efficiency. So yes, this is expected.
