Add 2 RDS utilities
Adding two new RDS utilities for proxy execution due to relative path execution.
Add two executables that allow for proxy execution from a relative path.
Add 2 Remote Desktop Services (RDS) utilities, which allow for proxy execution from relative paths.
Add query.exe and change.exe (2 RDS utilities) that allow for proxy execution from relative paths.
