Added an Esperanto
eo.jsontranslationin foldersrc/langs`.Whilst it might not be perfect, I tried my best to adhere and use already used lingo. Additionally, I tried to follow the GNOME guidelines on Esperanto translations. Technical terms, which I have not encountered thus far, are mostly taken from Komputeko; though, there are of course some neologisms in there.
