The flask server is intended to be hosted by a web server, but a dev server can be started locally with
tofawiki dev_server_translation
Installation will require some additional packages to be available.
sudo apt-get install python3-dev python3-setuptools
$ tofawiki dev_server --config config-localdev.yaml
