[1.0.2] More flexibility, better performance, cleaner code

• Release Manifest now loaded from memory (no temp file will be created).
• Temp files are now saved in a temp folder.
• Merged the cdn-url and platform parameters for more flexibility.
• The MD5 hash of each file inside RAFs is now checked (the file will only be downloaded if it's not in the RAF or if it's corrupted).
• Code refactoring.
