1º PULL REQUEST- REACT: 01-previous and 02-base folders

This Pull Request merges only the first batch of changes from branch refactor/react-update-master-XVIII here (in draft).

However, to allow easier review, traceability, etc, the idea is to keep merging smaller parts, by folders, or exercises, etc.

This first MR updates 01-previous and 02-base:

01-previous folder:

• Created codesandboxes in JS and react:

1. Vanilla JS codesandbox to showcase common web development problems - codesandbox here.
2. React codesandbox to showcase how react proposal - codesandbox here.

• Created readmes in both English and Spanish to follow codesandboxes.

02-base

• Update boiler plates to work with Vite, typescript and React 19.
• Update examples with to work with Vite, typescript and React 19.
• Spelling mistakes.
