This Pull Request merges the third batch of changes from branch refactor/react-update-master-XVIII here (in draft).

This updates the rest of the examples 03-react-hooks:

  • Update boiler plates to work with Vite, typescript and React 19.
  • Update examples with to work with Vite, typescript and React 19.
  • Create new exercise for use hook.
  • Spelling mistakes in readmes.
