mkvextract uses track index rather than the track number. Sometimes tracks will have an index different from the track number if other tracks have been removed from the original file. Original track numbers are maintained in the default output filename.

This fixes unexpected behavior when a track is missing/removed from the original file (Ripping only English audio/subs from a movie for example) and the track number does not match the track index used by mkvextract.
