This changes the default compression for the backup tarballs from none to using Zstd at compression level 3. I do not perceive a difference in speed, yet reduced the size of my backup from ~215MB to ~64MB.
Testing by someone with a larger backup appreciated to see if the speed is close enough for this to be a drop-in default.
