Yup, because this is incomplete. I do not know how to entirely implement it to the project. Apologies for that, but I hope you or someone else can take care of the rest. |

Many people might prefer a installer, as it is more user-friendly and may make updating more convenient. It can also make sure to remove files from AppData when uninstalling, not leaving any files behind.
This PR makes initial preparations for building a NSIS installer, mainly by adding a .nsi file.
To do:
Install NSIS on the runner, make sure everything is correct in TuneLab.nsi and add the proper instructions to the .yml files. Done!
