feat(layout): add crowdin widget

Description

Adds crowdin widget.

Todo:

• Add options to shared web to allow specifying docs or main projects for crowdin
• Add different styling options for crowdin widgets to shared-web
  • default (bootstrap)
  • sphinx
  • doxygen (null)
• Update shared-web version in package.json
• docs: add jsdoc and rtd build shared-web#101
