I've been a Software developer for around a decade. After getting my Bachelor's Degree from UVic in Computer Science, I then entered the tech industry, working at several companies, on things like payments, content creating platforms, gift card giving and employee recognition software. Most recently I was a senior software development educator for BrainStation teaching and mentoring groups of students how to build full stack apps with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript(including React, Node and a lot of other goodies!)
Software is written by humans, and I love interacting with people, collaborating, and doing my best to bring good energy and enthusiasm into any team I work with.
