不赞成在等待期间清除stuck_timer，黄鸡动画并不一定会消失，它可能就这么卡死了 |

已修改，可以不一直等，但仍然建议等待至少3分钟的时间，以处理跨月任务过快卡死重启的问题。所以在stuck_long_wait_list里面加入了manjuu。 |
