Improved navbar tweaks logic

Modifications

• Reworked the way uc.winui.immersive-navbar, uc.winui.rounded-navbar and uc.winui.rounded-corners interact
• Changed the implementation of the navbar's border when using the aforementioned tweaks
• Fixed chatbot checked context menu entry moving it 24 pixels to the left

Removals

• Removed custom status panel position when using the aforementioned tweaks
