More power, less clutter!

Removes the Language Caching feature overengineered clutter.

Adds 3 small features:

• Enable more than one func:key pair per element.
• Allow the user to decide which data-* attribute is searched for data.
• Allow the user to directly localize a key to use somewhere that is not a DOM element.
