Adds Anima support.
I needed an extra workaround after 5792c66; for some reason, the Anima version was being detected even though the model wasn't correctly loaded through the 'model' field. Maybe the heuristic could be extended to "if model and no diffusion_model and no diffusion_model_tensors, reload as diffusion model" to cover both cases?
The DiT refactor is kind of big; tested with Flux2, Z-Image, Chroma and Anima, so hopefully everything is OK.
