Custom theming for casalulu.nl extending github.com/microdotblog/theme-default.
Changes on homepage:
- 300 character summary + thumbnail on homepage instead of full posts.
- post titles are smaller than blog title.
- image top margin of 1rem
- gray dates on homepage
- remove RSS link from main frame
- remove button "Also on micro.blog" from navigation
- weird little circles are now transparent
- make main column wider
- remove "Follow on micro.blog" from profile
- shrink profile padding
- bigger avatar
