Leopard-EM can use torch-ctf for odd and even zernike coefficients in the ctf.
It also can use an anisotropic mag matrix to adjust frequencies for the ctf, and also stretch the projection in slice extraction.
Again a draft since it's dependent on a lot of unmerged teamtomo stuff
