This README would normally document whatever steps are necessary to get the application up and running.

Requirements

• If you are in Windows please setup WSL or Windows Subsystem for Linux in your machine to get started.

• Ruby version ruby 3.4.7 - this was probably the latest as of today (Dec 13,2025)

Setting up Rails and Ruby

sudo apt update
sudo apt install build-essential rustc libssl-dev libyaml-dev zlib1g-dev libgmp-dev git
curl https://mise.run | sh
echo 'eval "$(~/.local/bin/mise activate)"' >> ~/.bashrc
source ~/.bashrc
mise use -g [email protected]

• The version is specific for the project

Node JS Installation

# Download and install nvm:
curl -o- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.40.3/install.sh | bash

# in lieu of restarting the shell

# Download and install Node.js:
nvm install 24

# Verify the Node.js version:
