Reorganize debug PIDs into testing groups of 50

- Group 412 working debug PIDs by functional similarity (Oil, Coolant,
  Temperature, Fuel, Boost, Lambda, VANOS, Throttle, etc.)
- First 50 PIDs = Active testing group (no filter)
- Remaining 362 PIDs split into TG1-TG8 with [TGx] prefix and filter
- Re-enabled 8 PIDs that were disabled for non-critical reasons
- Fixed JSON syntax error (stray 'f' character)
- Non-working PIDs remain unchanged at bottom

Structure:
- 6 known good (non-debug) PIDs
- 50 active debug PIDs
- 8 testing groups (TG1-TG8)
- 586 non-working PIDs
