Removed the old "fork me" from the top right corner of the landing page. The image is no longer accessible and it also feels dated.

This PR removes the outdated "fork me" GitHub ribbon from the landing page, as the image is no longer accessible and the feature has become irrelevant.
- Removed the hard-coded HTML block for the "fork me" ribbon
- Cleans up the landing page by deleting unnecessary code

Out of curiosity, did someone enabled Copilot, or is it something that was enabled by default? |

I clicked the button when it appeared. GH enabled it a few days ago as a reviewer request. I've been trying it and it mostly summarizes what's been happening. Not terrible but also not particularly helpful to me so far. |

And no, I didn't enable it explicitly in the org, it just appeared. |

Thanks for the details! I actually noticed the possibility to ask a review from Copilot later in the day on other PRs/repos. |
