This dataset is a collection of 1000 cataract surgery videos. The dataset is divided into three tasks: segmentation, phase classification, and irregularity detection. Each task was annotated on a different subset of the dataset.
First convert the .json annotations to .png masks using python json_to_mask_multiclass.py
