Program: MSc IT for Business Data Analytics — IBS Budapest
Author: Mohammadali Ghaderi
This project delivers a multi-layered Business Intelligence (BI) analysis of cybersecurity risk using Power BI.
The work combines dashboard design, risk-oriented KPIs, and executive storytelling to support data-driven management decisions in a cybersecurity context.
The project emphasizes:
- integrating multiple public data sources,
- designing interpretable dashboards,
- communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders,
- supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
Deliverables included:
- Power BI dashboard (
.pbix) - Presentation (
.pptx) - Written report (DOCX + PDF)
The Power BI dashboard contains four main pages:
- Corporate Cyber Dashboard
- Global Threats Dashboard
- Global Risk Dynamics Dashboard
- Global Maps Dashboard
